SEO WEB DESIGN - It's all about ONE THING! Getting my clients Web Site Design to the top of GOOGLE! That's it! End of story :-)... ok... maybe there is more to the "story"

I have been designing web sites since day 1 of the internet! I was fortunate to be part of web site history as it was unfolding. What an exciting time! Since that time, the internet has exploded, and there are billions of web pages on the net, with more coming online everyday! And that presents the problem... with so many web pages out there, how do you get found on Google, the number one king of search engines.

There are 2 choices:

Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Of the 2, I like SEO. With PPC, you pay google every time a user clicks on your ad, and the amount of $$$ can ad up fast! AND... as soon as you stop paying google, your traffic stops immediately! (and the $$$ you spent, has no future benefit or value... in other words, your web site will not do any better in Google after your PPC campaign ends). The other problem with PPC is they are ad's! And many people do not click on them, because they don't like ad's... they are looking for information, and like the links in the regular part of the google listings in the center of the page (see image below)

When I started designing web sites, it was all about the "design" and "how cool and different you could be" and not much else. Today, it is not enough to have a "pretty website or a cool website"! It has to incorporate so much more, and above all, your web site has to be found on the top of google or it's like you are not even there! (unless you have a multi million dollar ad buget, and can afford to run superbowl ad's!! lol)

So, the bottom line, is, I design web sites that are clean, modern, easy to navigate... but above all, have SEO build right in from the ground up. A lot of this work is "under the hood" and can't be seen by the naked eye, but google can see it, and that's what counts!!
